Producing 300+ Lifestyle Assets Through a No-Budget, Community-Driven Photoshoot

To support new lead generation efforts, Lansdowne Resort needed a refreshed library of lifestyle photography that reflected the property’s energy and guest experience. With no budget allocated for new photography, the challenge was to find a creative solution that could deliver high-quality, brand-aligned imagery at scale. As Marketing Manager, I developed and led a collaborative approach by partnering with a local photography collective. I coordinated a full-day, multi-location photoshoot across the resort, bringing together more than 60 photographers and models. I curated diverse talent to ensure the imagery authentically represented the inclusive and vibrant atmosphere of the property.
In my role as Creative Lead, I directed the visual approach for the shoot, guiding composition, styling, and overall aesthetic to align with the resort’s brand and marketing goals. I also managed all logistics, including scheduling, location planning, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless execution across multiple simultaneous shoots.
The result was a robust library of over 300 lifestyle images, capturing a wide range of guest experiences and resort offerings. These assets were leveraged across digital marketing channels, supporting lead generation efforts and elevating the brand’s visual storytelling without additional production costs.
